The 3M Envision Print Wrap Film 480mC is a PVC-free digital printing film for fast and secure application on all flat, simple and complex shaped substrates with and without rivets. It can be printed with all UV and latex printing inks, and many solvent-based printing inks also achieve good printing results. Its Controltac adhesive technology enables extremely simple positioning: the microscopic glass beads on the adhesive surface act as spacers so that the film can be moved on the substrate - similar to a wet application - as long as it has not been pressed on with the squeegee. Version 3 of the Comply adhesive technology (Comply v3 or Cv3 for short) uses microscopic air channels in the adhesive to allow air trapped in the adhesive to escape to the edges of the film simply by applying pressure to the film surface - there is no need to pierce air bubbles. Both adhesive technologies contribute to the fast, safe, error-free and cost-efficient application of the film. The outstanding 3D performance of the film, with a stretchability of up to 150%, ensures that the film remains securely in the bead after application. In contrast to PVC films, Envision 480 retains its shape much better when exposed to heat and cold. This means that restrictions or complications during film application in summer are a thing of the past. Thanks to its excellent stretch elasticity, Envision 480 can be easily removed in large strips using heat.

This insulating tape solution offers value and reliable performance for the protective sheathing, bundling and insulation of low voltage cables. 3M Temflex 175 Vinyl Insulation Tape is a 0.18 mm thick, general purpose, flame retardant premium insulation tape. It is designed for ambient temperatures of up to 90 °C. The adaptable adhesive tape can withstand sub-zero temperatures down to -10 °C. It is characterised by excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acids and copper corrosion and can be used in various weather conditions. The combination of elastic PVC carrier material and rubber adhesive provides electrical and mechanical protection while minimising volume. 3M Temflex 175 Vinyl Insulation Tape is UL listed, CSA certified and tested to IEC 60454-3-1. 3M Temflex 175 Vinyl Insulation Tape is based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or its copolymers and has a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tape is 0.18 mm thick, UL listed and labelled as "flame retardant and cold resistant" in accordance with UL standard 510.
