tesa Filament 53393 is a monodirectional glass fibre reinforced filament adhesive tape with a PET carrier material and a tensile strength of up to 520 N/cm. tesa Filament 53393 is equipped with a synthetic rubber compound that is characterised by a high instant tack and good shear strength values. The adhesive system is also highly resistant to ageing and can be removed from various surfaces without leaving any residue.

Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it offers protection against small falling objects. Optional ventilation openings allow air to flow through the helmet. Optional 3M Scotchlite Reflective material increases visibility in poor light conditions. The existing notches and holders for accessories are compatible with a wide range of 3M protective visors, earmuffs and other accessories. A chin strap with magnetic or plastic fastener can also be added as an option. Tested for lateral deformation and fulfils the EN 397 standard for industrial safety helmets.
