You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (S•K•S GmbH, Ulmenstraße 4, 85445 Schwaig/Oberding, Germany, shop@sks-gmbh.com, Telephone: 0049 8122 6898-16) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back again or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier time.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can normally be returned by post. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them which is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume, in relation to you, our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for that.
