Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Principality of Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery within Germany is carriage paid.

Exceptions are items that are sent as bulky goods or express shipping . In this case, the costs are calculated according to expenditure.

Express deliveries are only made within Germany. The express costs for this amount to €25.00 (incl. statutory VAT)
Deliveries abroad:

Delivery to Austria is carriage paid.

Other EU member states: €9.99
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom and Liechtenstein: €39.90

We charge as follows for the dispatch of bulky goods (shipping by forwarding agent) abroad:
€29.90

Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.

Delivery periods

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 4-6 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the c ollection options. In this case no shippi ng costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for public authorities and companies.

The invoice amount must be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice.

If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
