NORSE Pipeworker Bandsägeblätter für Stahl sind eine spezielle Art von Bandsägeblättern, die speziell für das Schneiden von Stahl entwickelt wurden.   Die Bandsägeblätter werden aus M42-Stahl mit HSS-Zähnen hergestellt, wodurch sie der hohen Hitze und Reibung standhalten, die beim Schneiden von zähem Metall entstehen. Da das Sägeband schmal ist und die Zähne eng beieinander liegen, können sehr feine Schnitte mit minimalem Verschnitt ausgeführt werden.   Bandsägeblätter für Stahl können für eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben verwendet werden, darunter das Schneiden von Metallrohren, Stangen und Blechen. 3M VHB high-performance adhesive tapes are double-sided adhesive tapes made of closed-cell acrylate adhesive. They offer very high adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or structured surfaces can be bonded over the entire surface without tension. Ideally suited for many low-energy surfaces, powder-coated surfaces, plastics (not soft PVC) or glass. The use of primers can be dispensed with in many applications.

With this disc, we guarantee a targeted selection of high-performance corundum in combination with special bonding systems. This ensures universal use on all high-alloy steels and HSS. With a sintered aluminium oxide compound such as 454A, it is possible to achieve the highest cutting performance with vitrified bonded wheels. A higher performance can only be achieved with resin-bonded CBN tools such as the VIB STAR.

For the highest surface quality requirements on all extremely hard materials. All Diamond Lapping films should be used "wet". Water, emulsion or other commercially available coolants can be used as grinding aids.
