The 3M Accuspray HGP pressure cup gun, together with the 3M Accuspray nozzle heads and the 3M Accuspray pressure cups, also enables the application of highly viscous materials such as underbody and stone chip protection or thick film filler. The gun has a pressure outlet that is connected to the cup via a hose and generates an overpressure there, which acts on the PPS inner cup inside. A valve in the cup prevents this pressure from becoming too high. Two adjusting screws regulate the spray jet (round jet to wide jet) and the amount of material that is dispensed. As the highly viscous materials can be processed with the 200µ sieve in this way, additional filtering is created that is not possible with conventional processing methods. You can still use the practical 3M Accuspray nozzle heads - in any of the three sizes, depending on the degree of fineness of the desired spray pattern. The nozzle heads can be replaced after each application in just a few simple steps. You save yourself the hassle of cleaning the filler gun and have a virtually new device for every application. The 3M Accuspray system works with the proven HVLP technology (High Volume Low Pressure). This ensures a smooth surface and ideal layer thickness of the filler. Time-consuming sanding is thus reduced to a minimum. In addition, hardly any spray mist is produced, which noticeably reduces material consumption and is also good for your health. The 3M Accuspray gun makes it easy to apply filler even in hard-to-reach places and from any angle. This increases your productivity and saves material, time and costs.
