Equipped with Cubitron II precision ceramic grain and a robust film backing, it sets new standards in eccentric grinding. The particularly tear-resistant film backing offers optimum grain support and edge stability. At the same time, the innovative spiral perforation ensures optimum suction. The 3M Cubitron II film disc 775L stands for aggressive stock removal, fast sanding, long service life and uniform surfaces.

The 3M PELTOR X1 earmuffs offer the perfect PELTOR standard combined with an attractive, straightforward design. The X1 helmet capsule with green-black capsules has an attenuation value of SNR=26 dB. The helmet capsule sits securely on the most common industrial helmets and guarantees an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. Soft, wide sealing rings reduce the pressure around the ears and ensure a comfortable fit even when worn for long periods. At the same time, the X1 earmuffs are particularly robust and resistant to moisture and wear. The generous space inside the earmuffs ensures that heat and moisture development is minimised. The PELTOR X1 earmuffs with helmet attachment have a narrow capsule design and are particularly light at 185 g. (The curing speed depends on the bead thickness and the ambient conditions) Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +90 °C (up to 120 °C for short periods). Ideal for sealing medium-width and wide car body joints and weld seams. Also suitable for wood and plastic. Can be applied directly to bare steel; suitable as a weld-through sealant. 3M polyimide film 92 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a high-quality silicone adhesive, it forms a high-performance combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C. The insulating tape therefore belongs to insulating material class H. The 0.076 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 7,500 volts and is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510. The polyimide film is therefore suitable for applications where it is exposed to high temperature fluctuations, particularly for masking contacts when soldering circuit boards. As it is printable, it can also be used for cable bundling and labelling, among other things.
