The TYROLIT NATURAL FIBRE DISC is a new, unique grinding disc that combines aggressiveness with high working comfort. It can be used on both steel and stainless steel. Maximum service life and an environmentally friendly jute fibre backing deliver top performance. An additional backing pad is not required as it has already been integrated into the product. This natural fibre backing can be trimmed and is therefore superior to other discs in terms of service life. This saves the user time and enormous costs.

3M Scotchcal Opaque Colour Film Series 100 has been specially developed for processing on computer-controlled cutting systems. The films are suitable for use on flat or slightly curved substrates with or without rivets. They are ideal for cutting intricate small lettering or complex graphics. The transparent adhesive makes the product suitable for use on windows or other transparent substrates. Moulded PVC film (50 µm), solvent-based adhesive (removable with heat). Suitable for the production of small lettering. Functional life up to 12 years. Can also be applied in light beading and over rivets. 170 colours, including 50 metallic colours. With ABG for application on vehicle windscreens. Recommended transfer tapes: SCPS-100 (large formats), SCPS-2 (small formats).

3M 245 is suitable for coarse to fine sanding work in the metal and woodworking industries due to its open grain structure. A special, fully resin-bonded aluminium oxide ensures excellent cutting properties for all applications.

The adhesive film 3M 904 is linerless, has good immediate adhesion and good shear strength. The 0.05 mm thick adhesive tape is temperature-resistant up to +70 °C (+90 °C for short periods).

This file is used in particular for processing tools in the wood and machine industry. The different grit sizes allow you to customise your tool to suit your application. Silicon carbide files are mainly used for carbide or carbide-tipped tools and have a grey-green colour. Orange coloured files are mainly used for all types of steel and stainless steel.

The sharp-edged abrasive mineral can adapt to irregular surfaces and contours thanks to the soft nylon fibres. Dust and abrasion can escape through the gaps in the fibres to prevent clogging. The combination of fleece and mineral enables effective processing with the desired results. This compact disc offers the additional benefit of a Roloc quick-change system. The compact disc can be quickly and easily attached to a Roloc backing pad (available separately), which is connected to the power tool. Roloc quick-change systems contribute to an overall increase in productivity, as the compact disc can be attached to the tool very quickly. Versatile indoor and outdoor applications Pressed compact discs differ from wound compact discs, which are wrapped around a core, in their layer structure: The open fleece is cured and compressed for added strength and durability. Due to the unique manufacturing process, compressed compact discs are well suited for processing edges and contours. We recommend this compact disc together with the 3M disc sander (sold separately) and the 3M Roloc + holder (sold separately). These robust compact discs are ideal for maintenance work.
