Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

Use this diamond disc to grind all carbide cutting tools for the wood and metal industry as well as various shear blades. Grinding disc sets for complete machining in diamond grit size range D64 - D46. Important: It should only be used for deep grinding. A perfect balance of grit size, concentration and bond delivers extremely long service life and profile accuracy.

For machining carbide, this silicon carbide disc is a cost-effective variant for subordinate applications. It is primarily used for machining cast iron and non-ferrous metals. This disc is a particularly good alternative for nitrided workpieces and wear-resistant spray-on alloys. It can be profiled with standard diamond dressing tools.
