With the flexible fabric rollers from TYROLIT you can process almost any material. Finishing the surfaces requires preparation, either by hand or with an orbital sander. When working on wood, paint and varnish, we recommend using the BASIC fabric rollers for hand-guided sanding. We recommend using the fabric rollers on the orbital sander for finishing coatings, smoothing and cleaning composite materials and for clean intermediate sanding.

The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G30CUG model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is green and equipped with a headband with pinnlock fastening system and PVC welding tape. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort, even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach ear muffs or visors. Particularly practical: the patented 3M Peltor Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The three-point fastening option of a chin strap (optionally available as an accessory) ensures individual adjustment to the shape of the head and a perfect fit. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator can be used in forestry, industry and construction. The helmet is suitable for head widths from 54 - 62 cm.

3M Piezo Inkjet Digital Inks Series 8800UV were developed as part of the 3M MCS (Matched Component System) warranty programme specifically for printing 3M microprismatic reflective films using Durst Rho 162 TS printers before the film is applied to a traffic sign. When protected by the protective laminate recommended by 3M, the finished traffic signs have an expected lifetime comparable to that of the 3M microprismatic reflective film applied to the sign.

The 3M acetate fabric tape 11 is particularly suitable for covering spools. It is also very suitable for absorbing resins and paints. Thanks to its high elasticity, it adapts very well to moulded substrates and its heat-treated rubber adhesive also adheres excellently to textured or uneven surfaces. At the same time, the smooth, silky carrier surface made of black acetate fabric enables bonding that meets high aesthetic standards. It can also be printed on for labelling purposes. The fabric tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 2,000 volts and is resistant to temperatures of up to 105 °C, making it class A insulating material. It can be easily cut by hand, making it pleasant and easy to handle.
