The TR819E starter kit for the 3M Versaflo TR-800 / TR802E intrinsically safe blower system is the practical, ready-to-use kit for working under difficult conditions in potentially explosive atmospheres. The TR819E starter kit is equipped with a complete intrinsically safe blower system and offers convenience, modularity, control and ease of use. The TR-800 fulfils the requirements for Zone 0 and can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is also suitable for continuous use under normal operating conditions. The starter pack contains an intrinsically safe blower (TR-802E), an intrinsically safe battery with a battery life of up to 7.5 hours (TR-830), a battery fixing tool (TR-838), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an airflow indicator (TR-971), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an easy-clean belt (TR-627), an easy-clean belt (TR-627) and an easy-clean belt (TR-627).(TR-627), a length-adjustable air hose (BT-30), an A2P filter (TR-6310E), a filter cover (TR-6300FC), pre-filters (TR-6600) and a battery charger (TR-641E). The 3M Versaflo TR830 fast-charging, intrinsically safe battery is the lithium-ion battery for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 blower system and is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with yellow bumpers to protect against shocks. The battery reaches 90 % of its charging capacity in around 3.5 hours and is equipped with an easy-to-read charge level indicator. With the TR-838 battery fixing tool supplied, the battery is mechanically fixed to the blower system so that it cannot come loose unintentionally, preventing the risk of sparks during use in accordance with EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 intrinsically safe battery and a filter, the TR-800 blower system has an expected operating time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. The operating time of the blower system depends on the age of the battery, the filter saturation, the type of filter or cartridge used and the airflow settings selected by the user. The battery can deliver at least 80% of its original capacity over approximately 750 complete charge/discharge cycles. This corresponds to a doubling of the performance capacity of the non-intrinsically safe standard 3M Versaflo TR-630 and TR-632 batteries.
