The 3M wool polishing pad is suitable for quickly removing scratches and swirl marks during repairs and produces a superior finish on all surfaces (including composites).   Our single-sided pad with 3M Hookit fastening system can be changed quickly. Our hook and loop system makes working with random orbital sanders and rotary sanders, polishers, grinders, drills, finish sanders or other machine tools easier and more productive. The pad's Velcro material adheres to the backing pad (sold separately). The pads are quick and easy to apply and are held securely in place during use.   Our robust double-sided pads for high stock removal are made of sturdy wool and fine fibres. The result is a smooth finish without swirl marks. The firm, lightweight centre piece provides an even contact surface, allowing excellent control and more aggressive removal without adding pressure. The screw-on products can be quickly and easily attached to random orbital sanders and other machine tools with the 3M 5/8" adapter 05710.   We have the right pad for all processing phases. The 3M Versaflo TR830 fast-charging, intrinsically safe battery is the lithium-ion battery for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 blower system and is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with yellow bumpers to protect against shocks. The battery reaches 90 % of its charging capacity in around 3.5 hours and is equipped with an easy-to-read charge level indicator. With the TR-838 battery fixing tool supplied, the battery is mechanically fixed to the blower system so that it cannot come loose unintentionally, preventing the risk of sparks during use in accordance with EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 intrinsically safe battery and a filter, the TR-800 blower system has an expected operating time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. The operating time of the blower system depends on the age of the battery, the filter saturation, the type of filter or cartridge used and the airflow settings selected by the user. The battery can deliver at least 80% of its original capacity over approximately 750 complete charge/discharge cycles. This corresponds to a doubling of the performance capacity of the non-intrinsically safe standard 3M Versaflo TR-630 and TR-632 batteries.

They are suitable for use with selected 3M tight-fitting half and full-face respirators with negative pressure as well as with the 3M PF-600E+ blower respiratory protection system.   The 3M DT Series filters are available in a range of specific designs to protect against particles, gases and vapours or a combination of both. They are suitable for use with 3M reusable respirators and respirator blowers with DIN 40 filter connections.

The extra strong 3M floor marking tape 971 can easily withstand the stresses and strains of high-traffic industrial environments such as warehouses, production halls and distribution centres and has been specially developed for these areas, which are exposed to the toughest conditions. Thanks to its extra thick backing, it offers excellent abrasion resistance. Even in situations where other floor marking tapes reach their limits - for example, in areas where industrial trucks regularly drive or pallets are moved. The red Scotch insulating tape is the ideal insulating tape for power cables and other wires. It consists of a particularly flexible PVC film with a high degree of elasticity, which also adapts perfectly to uneven surfaces. It is easy to unwind and adheres without great contact pressure. In addition to electrical insulation, it can be used to secure loose cables, protect stressed cable sheaths or for colour coding. The insulating tape adheres reliably at temperatures from 0°C to 90°C. It is flame retardant and offers protection against electrical voltages of up to 6,000 volts. The Scotch insulating tape is VDE tested and certified in accordance with IEC standard 454-3-1. The packaging contains a roll of red insulating tape measuring 15 mm x 10 m.
