3M 8926-05 Thermally Conductive Adhesive Film is a 0.50 mm thick adhesive tape which, with its thin PET carrier material, is characterised by good punchability, processability and easy handling. The thermally conductive products in the 3M 8926 series are based on a soft acrylic polymer, are available in different thicknesses and can be applied excellently to different surfaces. Possible replacement for 3M 8940.

The spacer films in the 3M 200MP adhesive series are designed in particular for the manufacture of membrane keypads and front panels, for snap-on disc positioning or as self-adhesive circuit films. The series is shear-resistant (even with narrow webs) and chemically compatible with various conductive pastes and special colours. The spacer films, which are temperature-resistant from -40°C and up to +120°C (up to +150°C for short periods), are characterised by very high transparency and UV light resistance and are permanently elastic and resistant to ageing. The spacer films do not bleed at the punched edges.

Scotch Fabric Tape 9545N is a high-performance, impregnated fabric tape with a matt PVC surface coating that guarantees long-lasting, clean results. Get a fast and even cut for numerous applications with the 3M Silver cutting disc. It cuts quickly through metal tubes, sleeves, flat sheets and other workpieces. The disc contains our precision grain, which has continuously sharp cutting edges, so it cuts through the material rather than scraping or ploughing through it like conventional abrasive grains. This results in a significantly longer service life than conventional abrasives with ceramic grit and a consistently stable high cutting rate over the service life. The disc must be used with an angle grinder or cut-off machine (available separately) and should always be used with a protective cover for safety reasons.
