Product information "3M 266X Lapping Film, 3 micron, PSA, disc 127 mm"

3M 266X is self-adhesive (PSA) on a 3 mil film backing with aluminium oxide grain and is available in grain sizes 0.3 - 3 - 9 - 12 - 30 - 40 microns. It is a 3M Lapping Film type P, i.e. it has a harder bonding system and is used for hard materials.

3M polyurethane adhesive tape 7070UV, 100 mm x 32.9 m, 0.20 mm, transparent

3M Industrial Protection Film 7070UV is a 0.20mm clear film with a 0.17mm polyurethane backing and 0.04mm acrylic adhesive. This protective film is designed to protect the surface from abrasion, scratches, erosion, punctures and light impact. Designed for indoor and outdoor use, this robust film is UV and weather resistant and offers a long service life. 3M Industrial Protective Film 7070UV is conformable and features flexibility that adheres to curved surfaces and a variety of substrates, including metal, wood, plastics, painted surfaces and composites. This conformable film is supplied on a paper backing for die-cutting specific shapes and can be applied quickly using simple tools. The product can be used to protect outdoor surfaces for 12 months.

Manual pressure system with spring-loaded and secured roller, which is unlocked when the set contact pressure is reached. A reproducible minimum contact pressure (basic setting=80 N/cm²) is guaranteed by the defined pressure transmission with the MR3 pressure roller. This allows attachments to be pressed on reproducibly and reliably and ensures sufficient wetting of the adhesive tape to the substrate. Functional description: 1. the 3M manual pressure roller is inserted into the holder with the handle side and fixed in place with a clamp connection. 2. a hand crank is used to move the counter roller with the force measuring device onto the pressure roller until both rollers can be twisted. (Alternatively, the length measuring unit can also be adjusted to a fixed dimension). 3. The required force can then be read on the digital display of the pressure force gauge.

The 3M Envision Translucent Colour Film Series 3730 is the first to be specially optimised for use with LED light sources. Its increased light transmission takes into account the greatly improved homogeneity of light distribution with LED light sources compared to classic fluorescent tube or neon lighting. The lower loss of luminosity compared to conventional translucent coloured films (e.g. 3M Scotchcal Translucent Coloured Film Series 3660) enables savings to be made in the number of light sources - leading to energy savings and reduced operating costs. Moulded PVC film (50 µm), solvent-based adhesive (permanent). Functional life up to 10 years. Can be applied wet, thermoformable. 20 matt colours. Recommended transfer tapes: SCPM-19 (large formats), SCPS-100 (small formats). Optimised for illuminated advertising with LED light sources: up to 60% higher translucency.
