Robust, tear-resistant and yet lightweight: This durable 3M protective suit 4520XXL TYPE 5/6 is made from a five-layer, antistatic material (SMMMS). The high water vapour permeability of the protective suit reduces heat build-up and gives the wearer a good, comfortable feeling - even during heavy physical activity. Elasticated inserts at the hips, ankles and wrists ensure a pleasant feel and improved freedom of movement. The two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. The protective suit has an antistatic finish on both sides (EN 1149-5:2008) and is low-linting thanks to its special material. The 3M protective suit 4520 TYPE 5/6 offers protection against hazardous dusts (Type 5), light liquid splashes (Type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Its areas of application include asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning, machine maintenance and work in the pharmaceutical industry. It is size XXL and is completely white except for a turquoise-coloured triangle on the back.
