The 3M Peltor V5 bracket was specially developed to attach the 3M face visors of the 5 series to the Peltor safety helmets G2000 and G3000. Installation is quick and easy - the bracket is either attached to existing ear muffs or, if no ear muffs are available, to appropriate adapters (optionally available). The V5 bracket therefore ensures optimum compatibility between 3M Peltor head and face protection products.

The new 3M G3501 heat protection helmet is specially designed for environments with high temperatures or with flying sparks and metal splashes. The design and material of the helmet, which weighs just 385g, offer maximum safety, comfort and customisation options. Equipped with the proven 3M ratchet system, the helmet is guaranteed not to fall off your head. Areas of application: Metalworking, aluminium smelting, foundry, metal recycling, refractory production, cement production. Extensive tests have proven that the 3M heat protection helmet G3501 protects against IR radiation and extreme temperatures. The safety helmet fulfils the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive (89/686/EEC) and therefore bears the CE mark. The helmet has been tested and approved in accordance with EN397:2012 and EN50365:2002.

The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator Sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The patented sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The G30MUO model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is orange and equipped with a headband with a ratchet fastening system and a sweat leather. The ratchet fastening system ensures extremely precise and easy adjustment to the wearer's head size. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The interior can also be rotated by 180 degrees so that the helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. This and the slim, round shape significantly reduce the risk of getting caught and make working in confined spaces or climbing trees noticeably easier. An optional chin strap, which is available as an accessory and can be attached to the helmet's three-point fastening system, ensures customisation to the shape of the head and a perfect fit. Unlike conventional safety helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of wearer comfort, even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach earmuffs or visors. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator can be used in forestry, industry and construction. The helmet is suitable for head widths from 53 to 62 centimetres.
