PSA version of the product 661X. Precisely graded diamond particles applied to a polyester film. Provides a consistent, repeatable surface finish on extremely hard materials. Available in many grit sizes between 0.10 and 30.0 microns. For the highest demands on surface quality, combined with high cutting performance and an exceptional finish.

3M UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight) polyethylene sliding tapes have a highly slippery surface due to their low coefficient of friction. They also have excellent abrasion resistance. The optimum combination of these properties makes these adhesive tapes particularly suitable for use as sliding tapes. These tapes are also self-lubricating, resistant to moisture and many chemical agents. They are repellent to most dry or pasty substances and have good puncture and impact resistance. The 3M seam sealing tape ensures that body seams or overlaps look true to the original after the repair. This means that the repaired area can no longer be distinguished from the original condition and you can save yourself time-consuming reworking to improve the appearance. The extremely adaptable adhesive tape with rubber backing can be repositioned, but shows significantly better adhesion if it is placed directly and correctly on a primed or filled substrate. However, the sealing tape only develops its full adhesive strength after painting, as the solvents contained in the paint activate the acrylate adhesive and ensure reliable sealing and adhesion.
