Our 3M Scotch Pad 822 822 are pre-cut to 4" x 6" sheets for convenient carrying and "dispenserless" tapes for easy application. Each 25-sheet layer pad features a removable paper tab and is designed for on-site repair of damaged packages, protection of shipping labels and other miscellaneous packaging applications such as sealing envelopes and small packages.

These 822 pads are designed for repairing damaged packaging, protecting labels, masking applications in industrial environments and protecting surfaces during the manufacturing process. Allow the collection of samples in forensic applications. Its natural rubber adhesive provides excellent bonding quality to a wide variety of surfaces.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
