3M 8835+ respirator FFP3 R D with cool-flow exhalation valve, up to 30 times the limit value

The 3M Aura 9332+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. It owes its comfort plus in particular to the three-part design with the newly developed filter fleece. The advantages of the particle mask start with good visibility: the sealing points on the top of the mask reduce the fogging of glasses - especially in combination with its 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve. This  valve increases wearing comfort, especially in hot and humid environments, as it allows respiratory heat and moisture to escape easily. The new filter technology also ensures comfortable breathing. It combines the advantages of 3M Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely perceptible breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 63% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to greater comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap makes it easy to position the mask, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The 3M Aura respirator 9332+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP3 NR D. The application limit is 30 times the limit value for particles. They are used in the construction industry, in agriculture, in quarries, in the clay and ceramics industry, in iron and steel foundries, in the chemical industry, in metalworking and processing, in the pharmaceutical industry and in construction. The backing pad is used to hold velcro-backed discs with a diameter of 150 mm. It was specially developed for use on 3M random orbit sanders (Elite electric series & pneumatic random orbit sanders) and is ideally suited as a universal disc for standard hole patterns.

The colour-coded straps on the mask are particularly practical: the blue straps make it easy to identify the protection level. The 3M respirator 8822 has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. The new, improved exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance during exhalation, reduces heat and moisture build-up and thus makes breathing easier, especially in hot and humid working environments. Our 4000+ series half masks have a soft, skin-friendly, silicone-free face seal. The FFABE1P3 R D filter class protects against many of the common organic gases, vapours and particles in industrial environments. The lightweight, well-balanced design with integrated, maintenance-free filter elements ensures good peripheral vision. The integrated filter elements are maintenance-free. You can use the half mask until it is time to change it according to the filter change schedule or until the filter elements are saturated. Then dispose of them properly. The comfortable harness with adjustable head strap offers a secure fit and adapts to different head shapes and sizes. The flat design does not restrict your field of vision and the two large-area activated carbon filters ensure low breathing resistance. Filter class FFABEK1P3 R D protects against organic (boiling point above 65 °C) and inorganic gases and vapours, acid gases as well as ammonia and particles up to 30 times the limit value. A resealable bag for hygienic storage and transport is included in the scope of delivery.
