High-quality foamed plate mounting tape of medium hardness for print motifs with an approximately equal proportion of solid colour and halftone. These tapes have been specially developed for the highest demands and are suitable for the finest screen rulings and new repro techniques such as NX, HD and MC and are already being used successfully worldwide.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. Make sure that the surfaces are completely dry before you start bonding. For further information, please refer to the safety data sheet, which we will be happy to send you on request to . 3M polyimide film 92 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a high-quality silicone adhesive, it forms a high-performance combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C. The insulating tape therefore belongs to insulating material class H. The 0.076 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 7,500 volts and is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510.
