3M High Temperature Polyimide Tape 5413 is designed for masking printed circuit boards during soldering and for other low and high temperature applications between -73 °C to 260 °C. This brown, 8.58 µm thick adhesive tape consists of a DuPont Kapton polyimide film with silicone adhesive. In addition, the roll core is made of polyethylene instead of cardboard. The high temperature resistance of the silicone adhesive reduces adhesive leakage, eliminating the need for cleaning and thus increasing productivity, and the polyimide adhesive tape is easy to remove from the surface as it does not soften at higher temperatures and retains its shape. This means that no post-processing, such as the removal of adhesive residues, is required. This adhesive tape can protect surfaces from the effects of chemicals and UV radiation. It is also flame retardant.

The 3M route warning tape is an ageing and cold-resistant, particularly stretchable PEw tape for labelling cables and lines. It is available as standard with the following imprints "Attention cables" and "Attention power cables". It is laid in the ground around 40 centimetres above electricity, gas or water pipes. Thanks to its extreme elasticity and striking bright yellow colour, it warns construction machinery operators during excavation work and protects cables and lines from damage. The route warning tape is colour-fast and permanently legible thanks to the crystal-clear coating over the print. 3M Polyester Film 5 is a particularly thin and elastic insulating tape that is also highly resistant. While the acrylate adhesive is extremely resistant to solvents and "flagging", the carrier is characterised by very high tear and abrasion resistance. The 0.06 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 5,500 volts and belongs to insulation class B with a temperature resistance of up to 130 °C. The transparent polyester film is ideal for fixing connecting wires, as it allows the correct contact assignment to be checked visually.
