Sanding filler, removing paint and sanding edges - with the 3M Cubitron II Hookit Purple+ Premium sanding disc Multihole 737U. Our sanding disc with precision-formed abrasive grain and multihole perforation can also be used for final preparation before priming. It delivers outstanding sanding results, is 30 % faster than other premium abrasives and has a long service life in all steps of the repair process. The surface of the sanding disc is equipped with our precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grain. It consists of triangular-shaped abrasive grains that are electrostatically aligned. Each abrasive grain functions as an independent cutting tool that penetrates paint and filler with precision. The multihole perforation of our sanding disc ensures excellent dust extraction and thus contributes to a higher removal rate and longer service life. The 3M Cubitron II Hookit Purple+ Premium Multihole 737U sanding discs are available in grit sizes 80+ to 220+. The back of the abrasive disc features our Hookit technology. This hook and loop system was developed for work areas where discs with a self-adhesive backing can be contaminated by dust, dirt or particles in the air. Hookit sanding discs attach firmly to a velcro backing pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander and can be removed cleanly and easily and reused throughout the life of the abrasive.

Scotch-Brite SC-DH fleece discs with centring enable even better adhesion and more precise positioning of the hook and loop disc on the backing pad. This can reduce vibration by up to 50 %. These discs are ideal for cleaning and finishing work. They are used on angle grinders with the appropriate backing pad.

3M Scotch-Weld SW77 Spray Adhesive is a sprayable aerosol adhesive based on synthetic elastomers for permanent bonds. Its short flash-off time and bonding span allow fast work when bonding many materials. The product does not penetrate or sag on porous materials. Scotch-Weld 77 is suitable for bonding insulating materials such as polystyrene, rock and glass wool, felt, fabric, wood, paper and cardboard as well as various plastics, foams and rubber to each other and to metals.

The 3M Cubitron II Roloc cloth abrasive disc 984F is a quick-change disc on a cloth backing with patented 3M precision ceramic grain for general grinding and stock removal work, especially for stainless steel. This abrasive product combines the cutting performance and service life of the unique precision grain technology with the efficiency of the 3M Roloc quick-change system. The edge-reinforced backing prevents premature deformation of the disc and fraying of the edges during processing. In addition, this product has a grinding aid and thus ensures cool grinding, especially on stainless steel.
