Product information "3M Double-sided adhesive tape with non-woven paper backing 99015LVC, white, 1500 mm x 200 m, 0.15 mm"

99015LVC is a double-sided adhesive tape with a non-woven paper backing and low VOC and FOG values that has been specially developed for use in vehicle interiors. It can be used to bond common foam materials such as PU ester foams and EPDM as well as other high and low energy substrates. The non-woven paper backing offers dimensional stability during lamination, easy handling during processing and excellent die-cutting properties. The tape is stronger than conventional transfer tapes, has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 200 °C and is suitable for most demanding applications. The tape has been specially developed to meet the requirements of vehicle manufacturers and suppliers with regard to the JAMA and VDA-278 standard.

150 µm thick, double-sided adhesive tape consisting of a non-woven paper backing and an acrylic adhesive with low VOC and FOG values.
Tested according to JAMA and VDA278 standards.

The 3M splicing tape 9351AL is a splittable adhesive tape for flying roll changes with a straight butt joint when splicing. It is equipped with a double-sided coating of repulpable acrylic adhesive and an easily removable protective paper (also repulpable). Our 3M splicing tape for flying splices 9351AL (repulpable) has a protective cover with notch line for easy manual application as well as an integrated sensor layer (not repulpable, replaces conventional aluminium sensor labels in the splice area). The aluminium sensor integrated into the adhesive tape eliminates the need for the reflective label previously required for splice detection. The repulpable adhesives offer good shear strength for coldset newspaper printing as well as heatset commercial printing and have been developed especially for good adhesion to a variety of coated papers.
