The 3M Flexible Air Sealing Tape FAST Ultra-Conformable 8045 is a single-sided adhesive, airtight and waterproof, stretchable and three-dimensionally mouldable acrylic sealing tape.

Strong adhesion to standard building substrates (e.g. PE, wood, OSB, concrete) without the use of an adhesion promoter
Resistant to weather-related influences due to good wetting of the substrate
Simple, fast and problem-free application
Sealing tape should be covered within 270 days of installation (9 months UV light resistance)

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. Make sure that the surfaces are completely dry before you start bonding. For further information, please refer to the safety data sheet, which we will be happy to send you on request to .
