The 3M FVAM heat-shrinkable telecommunication connection and branching set is suitable for all filled and unfilled telecommunication and signalling cables without compressed air monitoring. The set complies with the "Technical Terms of Delivery of Deutsche Telekom AG". The protective insert supplied serves as a water vapour barrier and to protect the cable splice from excessive heat and for mechanical protection. A coating with a temperature indicator colour on the outside of the sleeve indicates the end of the shrinking process by a colour change. A stainless locking bar prevents the sleeve from opening or warping during shrinking. The scope of delivery of the connection and branch set includes a heat-shrinkable sleeve with temperature indicator colour, locking bar, protective insert, shield connector and connection cable, cable cleaning cloth, emery cloth and the installation instructions. A branching system is not included in the scope of delivery. Safe and easy to install - the heat-shrinkable remote signalling set with temperature indicator.
