The XT Pro Extra Cut from Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip is an aluminium oxide abrasive grain integrated into an open nylon fibre. It removes heavy rust, thick paint and corrosion, saving you time. The highly adaptable, high-strength fibres are resistant to stress and are also convincing on edges.

Pendulum surface grinding wheels are mainly used in machine and mould construction for rough and fine grinding. Their aim is to achieve flat or straight workpiece surfaces. The use of highly porous abrasive media and special aluminium oxides leads to an optimum surface result and high grinding performance. This helps to prevent accidents and raises employees' safety awareness at the same time. The warning markings are self-adhesive and comply with the requirements of DIN 4844. This metal-bonded CBN disc grinds all cutting tools for the wood and metal industry. Grinding disc sets for complete machining are available in the CBN grit size range B126 - B76. Important: It should only be used for deep grinding. A perfect balance of grit size, concentration and bond delivers extremely long tool life and profile accuracy.

With their curved bristles (type C), the RB-ZB single segments belong to the most flexible Scotch-Brite Bristle variant. They are ideal for cleaning and light deburring applications in hard-to-reach work areas, especially as they are also available in smaller diameters. With the MN-AC mandrel, the individual segments are combined (1 segment=approx. 1.6 mm wide).
