The 3M double-sided silicone adhesive tape with polyester carrier 96042 is an excellent solution for bonding silicone substrates such as silicone foam and silicone rubber. It also has good adhesive strength on adhesive-repellent silicone surfaces and has the advantage of a more consistent adhesive layer thickness compared to liquid silicone adhesives. The tape also has noise and vibration-reducing properties. Its high temperature and solvent resistance as well as its good dimensional stability ensure long-lasting functionality, which is reflected in direct cost savings.
