The 3M HDT-AN heat-shrinkable tubing is a thick-walled, halogen-free heat-shrinkable tubing made from modified, radiation-crosslinked polyolefin. It is suitable for use on all plastic and earth cables for indoor, outdoor and underground installations. It is used to insulate and seal all types of connections, especially as an outer conduit for control cable fittings. It has an adhesive coating on the inner wall for better sealing. The extremely age-resistant heat-shrink tubing is UV-resistant and resistant to many chemical influences. Its shrink ratio is four to one and it can be used in a temperature range from -55 °C to +130 °C. It is not self-extinguishing. It is not self-extinguishing.
