3M HSR heat-shrink tubing is a thin-walled heat-shrink tubing made from modified, radiation-crosslinked polyolefin. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly for electrical insulation and labelling of connections. The heat-shrink tubing is extremely resistant to ageing and remains highly flexible in the long term. Its shrinkage rate is two to one. It is self-extinguishing and can be used in a temperature range from -55 °C to +135 °C. The dispenser box supplied enables efficient storage and handling, as you can easily cut the tubing to the ideal length.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
