The cured product is resistant to fungi, weathering and vibration and has good UV resistance. 3M 3200 with a skin formation time of 30 to 80 minutes is recommended for outdoor seals above the waterline and cannot be painted over. For degreasing, cleaning and preparing parts to be joined before bonding. Ideal for use on metals, many plastics and coloured surfaces. The cleaner is a mixture of isopropaneinl and distilled water (70:30). The surface should be checked for compatibility before use.

S-K-S manual processing device was developed for processing 38 ml to 50 ml cartridges. With the EPX system, the adhesive is dispensed, mixed and applied to the materials to be bonded. The choice of mixing nozzle and feed piston depends on the adhesive. The manual application device enables mobile and independent bonding and also includes the 2:1 & 10:1 feed piston. The processing of 1:1 cartridges is possible with the 2:1.

3M 4200 FC Marine Polyurethane Sealant is pasty and develops good adhesion to plastics, aluminium, steel, coated metals and wood. The product has excellent water and salt spray resistance. 3M 4200 FC with a skin formation time of 60 minutes is recommended for interior seals and can be painted over after skin formation.
