Get a fast and even cut for numerous applications with the 3M Silver cutting disc. It cuts quickly through metal tubes, sleeves, flat sheets and other workpieces. The disc contains our precision grain, which has continuously sharp cutting edges, so it cuts through the material rather than scraping or ploughing through it like conventional abrasive grains. This results in a significantly longer service life than conventional abrasives with ceramic grit and a consistently stable high cutting rate over the service life. The disc must be used with an angle grinder or cut-off machine (available separately) and should always be used with a protective cover for safety reasons. The maximum speed of the disc must be greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the angle grinder.

tesaprint 52307 is specially designed for bonding thin photopolymer clichés (0.76 mm and 1.14 mm) to compressible coated sleeves / cylinders. It is a double-sided adhesive tape with very different adhesive strength values on both sides and a smooth silicone paper cover. tesaprint 52307 remains on the compressible base when the thin cliché is removed and can then be removed without leaving any residue. The low adhesive strength on the covered side ensures easy and problem-free removal of the cliché.
