Mount and bond a wide variety of materials, including non-polar materials, with 3M 9546 high performance double-sided adhesive tape. Our versatile 1 mm thick polyethylene tape in white has a modified acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides. Our double-sided adhesive tape is perfect for general assembly and joining work in the temperature range between -40 °C and 80 °C. The double-sided adhesive tape consists of closed-cell polyethylene foam (67 kg/m³ density) with acrylate adhesive.

Qualität und Verarbeitung ist gut bis sehr

Qualität und Verarbeitung ist gut bis sehr gut. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut: 32,4 Cent pro lfd. Meter. Ich habe das Klebeband verwendet, um in Holzvitrinen "oden" Führungsschienen für Glasscheiben zu befestigen. Die unteren Führungsschienen werden durch das Eigengewicht gehalten. Mir war bei der Auswahl eine "sehr gute" Haftung wichtig. Die gute Haftung besitzt das Klebeband. Mein Vorschlag: Das Klebeband evtl. in 10 oder 20 Meter Länge anzubieten. (Auch für 50 Cent / Meter)

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
