Our 3M Heavy Duty Double Sided Adhesive Tape 9528 is a 0.8 mm thick, double-sided adhesive tape made of closed cell polyethylene foam (95 kg/m³ density) with a rubber-resin adhesive. It offers strong adhesion for lighter applications.

Suitable for lighter applications
Can be used for mounting displays (POS), lightweight badges, name badges and other applications
For mounting posters or display components, plastic name badges and parts and for producing sample cards
Thick PTFE coating ensures a particularly smooth, non-stick surface with low friction

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
