The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G30DUV model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is neon green and equipped with a headband with a pinnlock fastening system and sweat leather. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort, even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach ear muffs or visors. Particularly practical: the patented 3M Peltor Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The three-point fastening option of a chin strap (optionally available as an accessory) ensures customisation to the shape of the head and a perfect fit. The high-quality sweat leather is easy to replace if necessary and ensures maximum hygiene. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator can be used in forestry, industry and construction. The helmet is suitable for head widths from 54 - 62 cm.

The FPCs pre-assembled with 3M 9077 can be inserted into the lead-free soldering process (peak temperature 260°C, 20 sec.). The protective cover remains largely undamaged and can be easily removed. The acrylate adhesive film 9077 has good peel strength even at high temperatures. Due to the carrier material, this adhesive tape also has excellent punchability. The low outgassing of the adhesive minimises contamination of electronic components.

Durable, colour-fast, quick-drying, transparent (except black, which is opaque) screen printing ink for use in the production of traffic signs based on 3M Diamond Grade and 3M High Intensity Grade reflective films.

The 3M acetate fabric tape 11 is particularly suitable for covering spools. It is also very suitable for absorbing resins and paints. Thanks to its high elasticity, it adapts very well to moulded substrates and its heat-treated rubber adhesive also adheres excellently to textured or uneven surfaces. At the same time, the smooth, silky carrier surface made of black acetate fabric enables bonding that meets high aesthetic standards. It can also be printed on for labelling purposes. The fabric tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 2,000 volts and is resistant to temperatures of up to 105 °C, making it class A insulating material. It can be easily cut by hand, making it pleasant and easy to handle.
