The 3M full face mask 6900S is easy to clean and comfortable. The full face mask is low-maintenance and impresses with its easy handling and high wearing comfort. Its compact design allows an unrestricted view and its extremely lightweight mask body ensures fatigue-free working. It has a large, scratch-resistant lens. The 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance and makes breathing easy. The mask has many advantages around the filter connection: Its double filter system ensures reduced breathing resistance and good weight distribution. The bayonet click connection makes it quick and easy to change the filters, which can be selected from an extensive range to suit the respective application. The full face mask is available to fit any face shape - this model is size L. The 3M full face mask 6900S has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 136 Class 1. The protection level of the mask depends on the filters used in the 2000, 5000 and 6000 series.

The 3M gas and combination filter 6099 has protection level ABEK2P3R and offers protection against organic vapours, inorganic and acid gases, ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives as well as particles. The filter fits onto 3M full face masks using a bayonet click connection.

This technology reduces the force on the head by up to 20% compared to conventional 3M helmet straps. 3M Scotchlite reflective material increases visibility in low light conditions. This white safety helmet is equipped with a patented 3M UVicator sensor, which changes colour from red to white when exposed to harmful UV radiation. Exposure to UV radiation can cause the helmet shell to become brittle, limiting effective protection. The colour change of the sensor indicates when the helmet should be replaced. The existing notches and brackets for accessories are compatible with a wide range of 3M protective visors, earmuffs and other accessories. Note: The X5000 can be worn in either EN 12492 (mountaineering helmets) or EN 397 (industrial safety helmets) mode, but it cannot fulfil both EN standards at the same time.
