The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the PPS 2.0 series ensures excellent atomisation for a wide range of coatings and is an integral part of the 3M Accuspray spray gun system. These interchangeable, reusable nozzle heads are available in a range of sizes for optimum atomisation whether you are applying low viscosity coatings such as water-based materials, solvent-based paints or higher viscosity coatings. The heads are easy to clean, reuse or can be easily removed and replaced to have the performance of a new spray gun when needed. Other benefits include reduced priming requirements, shorter application and cleaning times and a better finish, reducing the need for sanding. Each interchangeable nozzle head is made of clear plastic so technicians can always see if the head is clean, reducing the need for cleaning. The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the 3M PPS 2.0 series is available in 3 colour-coded sizes: The 1.4 mm nozzle heads guarantee fine atomisation with minimal spray mist, making them ideal for lower viscosity paints such as sealing lacquers, varnishes, top coats and light adhesives in the automotive industry. The interchangeable 1.8 mm nozzle heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity coatings such as paints and adhesives in the automotive industry. The 2.0 mm nozzle heads are normally used with our 3M Accuspray HGP spray gun, which is specially designed for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers and speciality and sound deadening coatings. Other benefits include less primer required, shorter application and cleaning times and a better finish, reducing sanding time. Only compatible with the 3M PPS 2.0 series.

The 3M PPS Adapter Series 2.0 converts spray guns into compatible spray guns for the 3M Paint Processing System (PPS) Series 2.0.

The cutter knife consists of a metal housing. The knife handle is ergonomically shaped and sits securely in the hand thanks to its non-slip surface.

3M PPS 2.0 kits contain 50 disposable lids with 200 µ or 125 µ filters, 50 inner cups, 1 reusable outer cup and 32 caps. They are ideal for mixing/measuring, filtering and spraying in any direction (360° spray rotation) and for temporarily sealing and protecting paints. The 3M 6200M half mask offers excellent value for money, first-class quality, durability and reliability over long periods of use. It is low-maintenance, easy to handle and particularly lightweight. Its extremely lightweight mask body ensures fatigue-free working. It also enables unrestricted vision thanks to its compact design. The mask fits any face shape perfectly as it is available in three different sizes. This half mask is size M - for medium-sized faces. An extensive filter programme offers the user protection against almost all hazardous substances. Easy handling is supported by the bayonet click filter connection. In addition, the double filter system enables reduced breathing resistance, good visibility and good weight distribution. The 3M 6200M half mask is compatible with 3M safety spectacles. Approved in accordance with standard EN 140:1998, the protection level of the mask depends on the 2000, 5000 and 6000 series filters used.
