Each interchangeable nozzle head is made of clear plastic so technicians can always see if the head is clean, reducing the need for cleaning. The interchangeable 1.8 mm nozzle heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity coatings such as paints and adhesives in the automotive industry. The 2.0 mm nozzle heads are normally used with our 3M Accuspray HGP spray gun, which is specially designed for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers and speciality and sound deadening coatings. 3M PPS 2.0 kits contain 50 disposable lids with 200 µ or 125 µ filters, 50 inner cups, 1 reusable outer cup and 32 caps. They are ideal for mixing/measuring, filtering and spraying in any direction (360° spray rotation) and for temporarily sealing and protecting paints.
