The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3001 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G31CUW model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is white and equipped with a headband with pinnlock fastening system and PVC welding tape. The non-ventilated helmet shell provides reliable insulation against electrical hazards. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape also reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3001 also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach ear muffs or visors. Particularly practical: the patented 3M Peltor Uvicator sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3001 with 3M Uvicator can be used, for example, in industry for electrical work up to 440V. The safety helmet has also been tested and approved in accordance with EN50365:2002. The helmet is suitable for head widths from 54 - 62 cm.
