Product information "3M Sanding sheet 235U, 230 mm x 280 mm, P180"

3M 235U is a flexible sanding tool on a D-paper backing. Due to its grit range and open grit distribution, it is suitable for sanding wood and lacquer by hand or with an orbital sander. 3M 235U is a sanding paper with a dust-repellent coating on a D or C paper backing. Its flexible backing also enables sanding tasks on profiled workpieces.

The 3M Secure Click particle insert filter D7935, P3 R, is a lightweight filter that combines protection and comfort. Used four times (2 on each filter side), it offers low breathing resistance and a good balance with an optimum field of vision in conjunction with the gas/vapour filters of the D8000 series. As a combination filter, it can be quickly and easily clicked into place on the 3M Secure Click HF-800(SD) series half masks. The D701 filter cover is also required for connection to the gas/vapour filters.

The flexible product with a long bonding range and a certain amount of correction capability is characterised by rapid strength build-up and high final structural strength. Scotch-Weld TS 230 is suitable for bonding plastics such as PA, PC, PMMA, polystyrene, PVC etc., fibre composites, metals, rubber and textiles.

3M hook and loop tape consists of two components whose connection to each other can be re-closed several thousand times if necessary. One component has small hooks, the other has flexible loops that are joined together by applying light pressure. This enables a controllable, concealed application connection system for removable fastening. Applications for the product can be found, for example, in the automotive and advertising sectors. The synthetic rubber adhesive is suitable for various substrates such as low-energy surfaces (including PP and PE).

3M ET 45 polyester film, glass fiber reinforced, transparent, 19 mm x 55 m x 0.2 mm

The Scotch glass fibre reinforced polyester tape 45 combines the good electrical properties of a polyester film with the high stability of a glass fabric tape. The 0.177 millimetre thick insulating tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 5,500 volts and belongs to insulating material class A with a temperature resistance of up to 105 °C. At the same time, the printable polyester tape is coated with a flame-retardant, extremely strong thermosetting silicone adhesive and therefore has a very high tensile strength. This makes it suitable for all types of bundling, fastenings and suspensions with high mechanical loads. Due to its extreme tear resistance, the adhesive tape is also suitable for short-circuit current-resistant bundling of medium-voltage cables. As the transparent polyester tape is not UV-resistant, a cover with PVC insulating tape is required for outdoor applications.
