Product information "3M Scotch 22 Vinyl Electrical Insulating Tape, black, 38 mm x 33 m, 0.25 mm"

Scotch electrical insulating tape 22 is a particularly thick premium electrical insulating tape. It is characterised by its high abrasion resistance and mechanical strength. It is therefore particularly suitable for insulating outdoor applications and for cable sheath repairs. The PVC film backing is coated with a rubber adhesive that has excellent adhesive strength and elasticity even at sub-zero temperatures. The 0.25 millimetre thick adhesive tape is self-extinguishing and resistant to temperatures of up to 80 °C in the long term. It can withstand a breakdown voltage of 12,000 volts and is resistant to UV radiation, oil, acids and alkalis.
