With the PREMIUM 3in1 grinding disc with zirconium aluminium oxide, you can impress in three ways. The product is characterised by high performance on steel, stainless steel and cast materials as well as chemical purity. This tool is free from iron, sulphur, chlorine and fluorine and leaves neutral workpiece surfaces. Aggressiveness and a long service life enable large amounts of material to be removed in a very short time. Due to its chemical purity, free of iron, sulphur, chlorine and fluorine, the disc is ideal for special applications such as nuclear power plants.

The 3M high-performance sealing tape is ideal for fast, clean and reliable repairs. Thanks to its extreme adaptability, protruding rivets, screws or unevenness (e.g. seams) can simply be taped over. The sealing tape is ideal for repairing leaks on, for example: trailer and caravan roofs, gutters or downpipes, as well as the quick and clean repair of roofing felt on garden sheds, tool sheds or carports, for example.

3M 9703 is a dry transferable, double-sided adhesive film. 3M 9703 is electrically conductive in Z-axis and has good insulation in X- and Y-axis. The electrical conductivity is achieved by silver-coated nickel particles arranged in the Z-axis. These do not react in a magnetic field and are not affected in their alignment by vibration. The adhesive film connects flexible circuits with a medium distance electrically and mechanically to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens. The electrically conductive film 9703 offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR 4 epoxy, polyimide and polyester films. Stable electrical performance in any flexible circuit interconnect application may require mechanical reinforcement (clamping).

The 3M cable lubricant Lub-L is especially suitable for electrical installations. It makes it easier to pull in cables and wires by reducing friction. Signs of wear are significantly reduced - both on the cables and on the devices used. This effectively prevents cable sheath damage and also prevents cables from getting tangled or stuck. It is therefore particularly recommended for long and winding cable runs. The transparent, water-based cable lubricant does not drip and can be wiped off easily and cleanly if necessary. Neither silicone nor grease residues make it difficult to work on the cables, for example when inserting connecting sleeves. In addition, the skin-friendly product does not cause irreversible stains on clothing, equipment or surroundings. Lub-L dries out very slowly and is therefore very economical. It leaves only a minimal residue as it contains less than 5.5 per cent solid components. This means that the cables do not stick together or to other cables, which facilitates their movement. It is suitable for high-performance cables and regular 600 V cables, as well as most cable materials, including polyethylene and semi-cons. It is also compatible with semi-conductive materials. This means that, unlike wax or hydrocarbon based lubricants, it does not affect the volume resistance of medium and high voltage cable sheaths or the insulation layer. Lub-L is extremely temperature-stable and non-flammable. It therefore maintains the flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties of the cable.

The CBN tool for tooth mould grinding has been specially designed for wet grinding with emulsion and oil. The CBN tools are available for all standard automatic sharpening machines in diameters of 150 - 200 mm.
