It is highly resistant to moisture and changing weather conditions. It is a flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and adaptable in application. 3M Temflex 165 tape offers excellent mechanical protection with minimal bulk. It is UL, CSA and VDE certified, approved according to standard IEC 60454-3-1. 3M Temflex 165 vinyl insulating tape is based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or its copolymers and has a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive.
