The 3M polyimide film 1205 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a solvent-resistant acrylate adhesive, it forms a powerful combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range of -40 °C to +155 °C.
