Fibre discs offer a very simple and quick way to remove material. A low level of vibration ensures comfortable working. This fibre disc was designed for steel and is based on a mixture of zirconium corundum. This fibre disc is available in our range in grit sizes 24 to 120.

With the 3M SecureFit Safety helmet X5512V-CE provides you with safe and comfortable head protection. The safety helmet was designed for general industrial use and everyday safety requirements. Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it offers protection against small falling objects. Optional ventilation openings allow air to flow through the helmet. The helmet height on the head is adjustable. With the easily adjustable 4-point ratchet fastening system, the head strap can be conveniently adjusted to suit requirements. Integrated into the helmet is the exclusive, patented 3M Pressure distribution technology is integrated into the helmet. It not only ensures a secure fit, but also improves wearing comfort. This technology reduces the force on the head by up to 20% compared to conventional 3M helmet straps. The rimless design allows an unobstructed view upwards. This makes it easier to see and avoid potential hazards in the surrounding area. This black safety helmet is equipped with a patented 3M UVicator Sensor, which changes colour from red to white when exposed to harmful UV radiation. Exposure to UV radiation can cause the helmet shell to become brittle, limiting effective protection. The colour change of the sensor indicates when the helmet should be replaced. Optional 3M Scotchlite Reflective material increases visibility in poor light conditions. The existing notches and holders for accessories are compatible with a wide range of 3M protective visors, earmuffs and other accessories. A chin strap with magnetic or plastic fastener can also be added as an option. Tested for lateral deformation and fulfils the EN 397 standard for industrial safety helmets.

The surfaces can be painted almost immediately after application of the 3M multi-purpose seam sealer. Our sealant can be painted wet on wet and thus optimises the repair process. Our sealant can be applied in a variety of finishes to match the OEM appearance and provides a durable, stable and flexible seal. The product replicates the original spray finish in the engine compartment, on all overlap joints and on the floor panels. The 3M Multi-Purpose Seam Sealer can be sprayed, extruded or brushed on as required.

This compact disc is easy to profile. The adaptable compact disc is ideal for deburring all metallic and non-metallic materials.

The natural rubber adhesive offers a particularly wide range of applications on a wide variety of matt and textured surfaces. The white upper side allows easy labelling/marking. In many cases, the PE film acts as a lubricant and can therefore extend the service life of tools. The surface protection film is not suitable for protecting copper and brass.
