By combining two outstanding 3M technologies - fleece and the 3M precision-moulded ceramic grain - you can now achieve an ideal finish even faster. To help you work even more efficiently, these discs are available in brighter, more vibrant colours to make them easier to distinguish. In addition, the range of grits has been extended to include fine and extra coarse versions, giving you an even wider choice of solutions for your abrasive needs.   Improve your work processes. These high quality general purpose abrasive discs are designed to optimise the steps involved in surface finishing, including cleaning, blending, deburring and finishing. tesafix 51970 is a variant of tesafix 4970, but with a backing made of specially stretched polypropylene film. The proven product properties, such as the high adhesive strength for permanent bonding, even on rough surfaces, are also maintained here.

3M Masking Tape 401E is a brown, creped paper tape that fulfils many of the requirements placed on masking tape in the automotive and other industrial markets.

The PREMIUM 1F80 high-performance grinding disc is particularly suitable for universal grinding tasks in hard-to-reach areas. This disc can be used to create grooves and notches and to deburr gears. Furthermore, the maintenance of turbine blades, the roughing of curved surfaces in cavities and ribbing are also no problem. For diameters over 80 mm, we recommend the use of a protective cover.

Coordinated light grey bond systems allow the ELASTIC mounted points to be used universally as well as for specific applications. The range includes soft-elastic points for curved surfaces and medium-elastic points for straight surfaces. However, our range also offers less elastic pins for working at higher speeds and marbling pins for marbling surfaces. Maximum working speed: BE13: 16 m/s; BE15: 20 m/s; BE16: 32 m/s.
