The 3M Scotchcast 92-NBA series cast resin connector set is designed for one to five-core, unshielded low-voltage plastic cables. It ensures the electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable connections. The SVHC-free premium connector set, tested in accordance with EN 50393, can be used indoors and outdoors as well as in the ground or under water. The transparent, one-piece moulded shell can be folded up in no time at all and closes by automatically snapping into place. Pre-moulded, perforated foam seals are also used. This eliminates the previously time-consuming use of saws and adhesive tape for a tight seal. A GMG system (closed mixing and moulding) is used when casting the 3M Scotchcast casting resin 40 included in the scope of delivery.
