3M Scotch-Weld DP6310NS (non-sag) is a solvent-free and non-flowing 2-component polyurethane-based construction adhesive with a working time of 9 minutes. The flexible product with a 1:1 mixing ratio is characterised by high tensile shear strength and compensation for high thermal expansion and is suitable for high-strength bonding of fibre composites such as CFRP, GFRP, SMC etc. and metals such as aluminium and stainless steel. Plastics such as ABS, PC, etc. can also be bonded to each other and to other materials.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
