DP 100 plus bonds metals such as aluminium and steel, fibre composites, plastics such as ABS, PC, PMMA and PVC as well as glass, ceramics and wood. Very good flow behaviour DP 100plus is characterised by high shear, peel and impact strength as well as good flexibility. Due to these properties, the product is suitable for applications in the automotive and automotive supply industry, in special vehicle construction, in metalworking and for the manufacture of sporting goods. Hand strength after 20 minutes - Cures at room temperature after 48 hours Information about epoxy resin adhesives Epoxy resin-based construction adhesives achieve high tensile shear strengths of at least 10 MPa - even under difficult conditions. Epoxy resin adhesives are liquid reactive polymers that react chemically when mixed and harden into solid plastics. The chemical reaction takes place in the static mixer - both components are optimally mixed. The processing time now starts and the curing process begins.
