The range of pressed compact discs extends from an aggressive and rigid deburring tool to a soft tool for a perfect surface finish. They are particularly suitable for hard-to-reach areas and do not change the surface geometry of the workpiece in any way when used. The main areas of application are deburring, cleaning, blending, finishing and the processing of weld seams. Compact discs offer increased safety compared to other deburring tools and a particularly cool finish.

These dressing discs are used for dressing all types of diamond and CBN grinding wheels, regardless of their bond systems. They can also be used to dress sensitive coatings with low grinding pressure. Please note that electroplated discs cannot be dressed with this tool. The silicon carbide discs are available in diameters of 200 - 250 mm.
