With our 3M premium 92-NBA GS series cast resin bonding sets, you can achieve reliable and durable joints based on the CMR-free epoxy resin 4 GS with colour indicator. The GS series impresses with its convenient, clean and simple handling. The well-known GMG system (closed casting and mixing) is used for casting. It is supplemented by an innovative colour indicator that shows exactly when the mixing and curing process is complete. This makes the installation process even more transparent and user-friendly. In addition, unlike conventional casting resins for cable accessories, the Scotchcast 4 GS epoxy resin is a CMR-free casting resin. This means that it does not contain any carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
